Your Winter Guide to St Ignace Lodging and Dining

Make the Most of St Ignace This Winter

St. Ignace loves a good winter surprise. Example: you might think you’re rolling into a sleepy lakeside town that completely closes for winter. Instead, you discover a stellar cast of winter-lodging options, restaurants still flipping on the lights, and so many different ways to experience the season. Weekends here can be whatever you want.  Race through the freshly-fallen snow, laugh with family or friends over a good meal, or maybe just curl up in a warm blanket and do nothing at all. It’s all possible, in St. Ignace!

Many winter stays in St. Ignace are located right on the water so you can experience sunrise views bright enough to make you question whether you’re actually a morning person after all. Other places tuck you right into downtown, where the coffee and shops are moments away. What’s more, local eateries keep the flavors coming all winter long, offering tasty breakfasts, pizza, pub favorites, and must-try regional favorites.

Here’s a sampling of what’s open and welcoming in St. Ignace this winter. Keep in mind that many of our local gems aren’t listed here, so think of this as a starting point for your winter adventure!
