The Historic Totem Village
The Historic Totem Village is a long-standing St. Ignace landmark where culture, craft, and curiosity meet. Since 1943, this one-of-a-kind shop has celebrated Indigenous and regional artistry through authentic works and rare finds. Inside, visitors discover Native-made jewelry, beadwork, carvings, and regalia, alongside antique tools, herbal teas, crystals, and hand-forged items from a local blacksmith. Every piece tells a story, and every visit connects you to the living heritage of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
